Hey guys! I hope this finds you happy and well! I am so excited to be sharing today's post with you! I have partnered with Outdoor Voices to talk about staying active and keeping it fun while doing so! So, let's talk a little bit about this awesome brand Outdoor Voices. They make technical apparel for both men and women that is geared towards everyday recreation. It's less about competition and performance, and more about championing the morning jog, a dog walk, or a walk with friends. I love the different pieces that they have and the way they have designed them to be interchangeable so that they go well together. At Outdoor Voices they are all about Doing Things--- moving and being active because it's fun and feels good and finding recreation in everyday life.
Everything they make is designed to sweat in (though the textured fabrics hide that) so it works across whatever activity you choose for the day, whether it be yoga, running, or shooting hoops. As you can see below, my recreation and fitness journey on this particular day was focused on stretching, yoga, and playing with my dudes! I seriously love these guys so much and no matter what I am doing that day, they seem to make it even better! I love yoga and sweating and stretching and do my best to mix it into my routine each week. There is something about working my core and focusing on my flexibility that helps me feel energized and more healthy!
As I mentioned above, I think Outdoor Voices has really nailed it with their emphasis on doing something active each day, even if it is something little, doing it and participating is what it's all about.
