Good morning ya'll. Happy Wednesday to all of you and I hope this post finds you all doing well. I am taking it back to our trip to LA/Santa Monica because I think it is supposed to snow here today and so I am going to live vicariously through these pictures of the beach haha! Seriously more snow Utah? I mean I thought we were in the clear and heading for Spring and now more snow? Boo! Brod is depressed too because he has been out golfing a few times (of course) already and now he is going to have a to wait awhile again before he can. If there is one thing that is positive about having snow this week, it would be that he can't golf haha! Jk, well sort of jk...I only kind of hate golf.
Anyhow, these pics are from one of our days hanging out at Santa Monica beach. We chased the waves and wandered around in the sand and it was a good day. I sometimes wonder if I lived near a beach. like walking distance, if I could ever get that mad or down about something?! I don't know if I could because the feeling I get when I am on the beach near the ocean is one of such peace and calm, and I get to this level of happiness that comes from just being there. Does anybody else feel this way about the ocean and beach? Brod and I have talked about it before and we decided that if we were ever to move, it would have to be near a beach somewhere. If we were going to be away from our families and those we love most, the beach and ocean would have to be part of the equation. As I look at these pictures I can't believe how old my little guys are getting. Time is the most deceiving thing, it passes so quietly and quickly that you forget it's happening. I love these dudes of mine so much and I am so thankful for days like this one, days we can be at the beach together and chase waves together.
I am wearing one of my absolute favorito sweatshirts I own. Tommy has my heart and I could live in one of these sweatshirts day in and day out if I didn't have to wash them haha. The quality and comfort level of it is quite remarkable and the Tommy Hilfiger logo is pretty much effortlessly classy. Am I right? Anyways (not grammatically correct I know), I hope you all have a fantastic day. Be kind. Enjoy the day in every way you can. Love you all.
